Internet of Things (IoT) Offerings from Azure

IoT is a network of connected devices that can function with no real human intervention.

IoT Hub	Messaging hub collects data from IoT devices
IoT Central	Fully-managed global IoT software as a service (SaaS) solution that makes it easy to connect, monitor, and manage your IoT assets at scale
IoT Edge	Push your data analysis onto your IoT devices instead of in the cloud allowing them to react more quickly to state changes.
Azure Sphere	A specific hardware device made by Microsoft and a native way of managing IOT devices

BigData involves the process of extracting huge amounts of data collected by organizations to generate some business value out of it.

SQL Data Warehouse or Synapse Analytics	Run analytics at a massive scale using a cloud-based Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) offering that leverages massive parallel processing (MPP) to run complex queries quickly across petabytes of data
Data Bricks	Based on Apache Spark – a distributed cluster computing framework
HDInsight	Process massive amounts of data with managed clusters of Hadoop clusters in the cloud, Spark and Kafka
Data Lake Analytics	Scalable analytics service that allows you to write queries to transform your massive data and extract valuable insights.

AI is the ability of a machine to imitate human behaviour

Azure Machine Learning Service	The cloud-based environment you can use to develop, train, test, deploy, manage, and track machine learning models. It can auto-generate a model and auto-tune it for you. It will let you start training on your local machine, and then scale out to the cloud
Azure Machine Learning Studio	Collaborative, a drag-and-drop visual workspace where you can build, test and deploy machine learning solutions using pre-built machine learning algorithms and data-handling modules
Azure Bot Service	Allow us to create BOTs for adding some value to customers
Azure Cognitive Service

Azure Functions (AWS Lambda)	An event-driven, serverless compute service
Logic Apps	help you to schedule workflows when you need to integrate apps, data, systems, inside or outside of our organization.
Event Grid	This is similar to AWS Simple Notification Service. It passes events between applications that needs to know about events.

Azure Boards	Used to keep track of projects – It’s just a planning app like MS Project on Azure,
Azure Pipelines	Same as Jenkins – It tests our software automatically and continuously
Azure Repos	Same as GitHub but Azure Repos run inside Azure
Azure Test Plans	For testing applications & Quality assurance
Azure Artifacts	Same as GitHub – Artifacts lets us share application and code outside our organization domain.
